DJ Khaled receives star on Hollywood Walk Of Fame
DJ Khaled has been viewed as one of the most iconic figures in the music industry, over the past 15 years. He’s accumulated hit record after hit, and remains heavily consistent. On Monday, the Miami native was also honored with another huge award. This was receiving a star on the legendary Hollywood Walk Of Fame. Jay Z, Diddy, and Fat Joe were also in attendance, to celebrate with Khaled.
“I wanna make one thing super clear, this star I want it to represent the light that shines on everybody,” Khaled said as he was presented with the star. “God put me on this earth to be a light. I want everybody to take this starlight and know that it’s forever, it’s for all of us. It’s for hip-hop. We are just getting started, this is just the beginning.”
Earlier today, Khaled also took to Instagram to show off four pairs of Air Jordan 5 sneakers that he will be releasing at some point in 2022. At the Hollywood Walk Of Fame ceremony, he also put these sneakers around his star. He also went on to thank Roc Nation, Jay Z, We The Best Music, and more.
