DJ Khaled releases music videos for “Wish You Would” and “Cold” with Kanye West

Every summer, DJ Khaled returns with new music. Over the past six years, Khaled has united many of the biggest rappers in the game for summer smashes. In the past, DJ Khaled has been afforded the opportunity to work with Rick Ross and Young Jeezy, among other major names. But, this summer, Khaled has worked closely with Kanye West, also.

Kanye West was absent last summer, aside from his Watch the Throne collaborative effort with Jay-Z. During his absence, Kanye West finally released the Finally Famous debut album from Big Sean. With Big Sean putting out new music, he immediately emerged as another major star. Meanwhile, DJ Khaled has been rebuilding his We the Best empire.

Two of the biggest hits he was involved in, during the year of 2012, include his singles, “Wish You Would” with Rick Ross and Kanye West. The other is “Cold,” originally named “Theraflu,” the song in which Kanye revealed his affection for Kim Kardashian and dissed Kris Humphries. After much anticipation, DJ Khaled has finally released the music video for both of these songs. Hype Williams was the director for the visuals.
