DJ Khaled’s “Greece” Single With Drake Goes Gold Three Weeks After Their “Popstar” Collab Did

DJ Khaled and Drake created two huge singles this summer as both were “Greece” and “Popstar” which were released on July 17. Popstar has received the edge in terms of popularity but nonetheless, both have been highly successful.

Popstar was certified gold by the RIAA in the US back on August 19 and now, Greece has achieved this status as well. This is after selling 500,000 units. It officially went gold on September 8. This certification also comes after Khaled released the video for Popstar. Justin Bieber appeared in it over Drake due to him not being able to attend the video shoot. No official visuals for Greece have been released yet.

Both Khaled and Drake have huge plans as far as their individual albums in the future go. Drake announced following the release of his “Laugh Now Cry Later” single with Lil Durk last month that his sixth studio album, ‘Certified Lover Boy,’ is on the way. No exact date has been finalized though. When Khaled released Popstar and Greece, he also said that his 11th studio album, ‘Khaled Khaled‘ is also coming.
