Six years ago, DJ Mustard established himself as a go-to producer in the game, producing “Rack City” for Tyga. That song established them both as stars and led Mustard on a strong run. He officially became a household name, producing “My Hitta” for YG, his longtime partner.
DJ Mustard capitalized on that momentum, meeting with Jay-Z before 2013 ended, and signing with Roc Nation. Since then, DJ Mustard has continued making many major moves. The LA producer now finds himself in legal hot water.
This morning, DJ Mustard found himself in police custody, at the LAX, after he was found with a weapon. There was a gun in his carry-on bag, which is illegal. The gun was loaded, on top of everything else.
