DJ Quik is victim of theft, as his MPC-3000 is stolen and he is offering top dollar for its safe return

Last week, there were plenty of reasons to celebrate Los Angeles and the hip hop scene there. Both Nipsey Hussle and Game dropped big mixtapes and then there are more to come. But, all wasn’t well for DJ Quik this week, because he lost something very important.

Beatmakers know how important it is to have the right equipment. When it comes down to legends like DJ Quik, anything less than the best just isn’t acceptable. DJ Quik has always delivered the best and someone decided they would interfere with this yesterday.

DJ Quik posted to Twitter and offered an award to anyone with information about what happened to his MPC-3000. Yesterday, it was stolen from him and it includes some of his upcoming music that fans have been waiting for. He made it clear that if his product was found untouched that he had something for them.
