Last week, DMX stunned the world after it was revealed that he was sent to a White Plains, NY hospital. This was after suffering a heart attack as a result of an apparent drug overdose. X has since remained on life support and yesterday, additional tests were conducted on his brain activity.
According to TMZ, X’s brain function has sadly not improved at all. Multiple tests were conducted yesterday as he is still in a coma with the results being labeled as “not good.” On Tuesday, his family members began arriving at the hospital and left around 10pm. Monday also featured a prayer vigil which featured many people coming to the front of the hospital as people still try to have faith that X will pull through.
At this point, X’s family has a decision to make regarding pulling him off of life support. They even asked X’s manager, Steve Rifkind, to fly in. TMZ added that there is still no decision made at the moment regarding X. The tests conducted on Wednesday reportedly play a role in this as “the family would determine what’s best from there.”
