Hip hop is going through what some say is another golden era. Only time can tell, but nobody can deny that 2013 is one of the best runs hip hop has had in a long time. A large number of rappers from all over the world are blowing up and Alabama is making a strong comeback, with Doe B at the forefront.
Doe B released his Baby Jesus mixtape this summer and he made his rounds with the media to promote it. Following the 2013 BET Hip Hop Awards, Doe B and T.I. held an after party, giving Hip Hop Vibe the exclusive footage. This has been a transitional year for Grand Hustle’s Hustle Gang and it’s produced some good music.
ThisIs50.com had Doe B featured recently and he talked to Young Jack Thriller about getting shot in the eye, thus the patch. A common joke of Young Jack Thriller is his eyes and it was prominent in the interview. They also talked about T.I. taking a chance on Doe B for his label.
