Doechii and JT confirm upcoming collaboration
This year, JT has continued to build even more momentum for herself, as a solo artist. Earlier this month, she released her second solo single since last summer, “Sideways.” Her first solo single arrived last summer, which was “No Bars.” That record went on to appear on City Girls’ third studio album, “Raw,” last fall.
Meanwhile, JT also has a collaboration on the way with Doechii, who’s also soared to stardom, over the last year. The two confirmed this collaboration in a new interview with Interview Magazine. Moreover, Doechii also shared various photos that were taken with the publication, as she was been interviewed by JT.
Doechii saw breakout success last year, with her “What It Is (Block Boy”) single, which contained a solo version, as well as a feature with Kodak Black. As a result, this record went on to peak at number 29 in the US, on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Doechii is signed to Top Dawg Entertainment, which is currently home to fellow stars, such as SZA, ScHoolboy Q, Isiah Rashad, and more. In 2022, Doechii also put out her “she/her/black b*tch” EP, which also contained her “Persuasive” remix with SZA
