Doechii announces “Persuasive” remix with SZA
2022 has been a very solid breakout year for Top Dawg Entertainment’s Doechii. She landed on the XXL Freshman cover, and released singles such as “Crazy” and “Persuasive.” This month, Doechii also put out her “B*tch I’m Nice” single, which was short, but still had plenty of time to showcase her bars.
Now, Doechii is continuing her momentum this week, in a major way. Doechii just released a video on social media, where she announced that she has a remix coming, for her Persuasive single. This will feature SZA, who is also signed to TDE.
In the clip that Doechii posted, she is seen getting her makeup done. She’s listening to Persuasive, and SZA’s verse soon started playing. That’s when Doechii got ecstatic, and loved the fact that this collaboration is actually happening.
SZA has been on fire over the past year and a half, as well. She’s released hits such as “Good Days” and “I Hate U.” She also won her first Grammy a few months ago, for Best Collaboration. This was for being featuring on Doja Cat’s smash hit, “Kiss Me More.”
