Finally back popping is Los Angeles hip hop. Game, for years, was the lone artist from the Los Angeles area making noise in the 2000s. The 2010s, however, have been very fruitful for the city of Angels. Several stars have emerged over the past two years, among them are such names as Jay Rock, Kendrick Lamar, ScHoolboy Q, Nipsey Hussle, Tyler, the Creator, and Tyga.
Dom Kennedy is also a rising rapper from Los Angeles. The latest project from Dom Kennedy is called Get Home Safely. Following up The Yellow Album, Dom Kennedy is preparing his latest project, Get Home Safely, for a late spring/early summer release date. Given the results of his last project, fans are awaiting his newest release.
In his native Los Angeles, Dom Kennedy stopped by Power 106. Speaking with the L.A. Leakers, the rising rapper discussed Get Home Safely. Dom Kennedy said he takes the names of his projects seriously. With so many things happening in his personal life, Dom Kennedy said he could not think of a better project title.
