Dr. Dre launches #ThePharmacy on Apple Music’s Beats 1 Radio, starts trending on Twitter

True lovers of hip hop music, culture, and music in general have to love what has recently been created. After Jay Z launched TIDAL, music streaming services have popped up like weeds. Out of all of this, what do the fans get besides a radio show from Dr. Dre?

Ever since the turn of the century, Dr. Dre has only popped up every now and again. He shows up with a Detox single every now and again, he makes appearances with Eminem, and he helped introduce 50 Cent. Now, he is going to be around consistently with his radio show.

Dr. Dre is the host of “The Pharmacy,” which launched on Apple Music’s Beats 1 Radio, named after Dre’s on Beats brand. The show launched this afternoon, as the nation celebrated its 239th birthday. On cyberspace, however, Dr. Dre has won, as he and “The Pharmacy” are trending on Twitter.
