Drake & 21 Savage’s “Her Loss” surpasses 1 billion Spotify streams
Last month, Drake and 21 Savage released one of the biggest projects of 2022. This was with their joint album, ”Her Loss.” 16 new songs were available, including a Travis Scott collaboration.
Her Loss went on to comfortably debut at number one in the US, on the Billboard 200 chart. It also had one of the biggest first week album sales of 2022. Drake & 21 were praised for their chemistry that they always have on every record together, and the results showed once again, on Her Loss.
However, Her Loss has reached another huge streaming record. According to Chart Data, it has now surpassed 1 billion Spotify streams. One of the biggest fan-favorites on the album so far, continues to be “Rich Flex.” This served as the intro, and helped set the tone for the entire project. Drake & 21 went on to perform several songs from Her Loss for the first time earlier this month, at Lil Baby’s birthday concert in Atlanta, at State Farm Arena
Her Loss was also Drake’s second album released, in 2022. Back in June, he put out his seventh studio album, “Honestly, Nevermind.” He experimented with dance/EDM flows on this project, and received many praises for it. That went on to become Drake’s seventh straight number one solo studio album. Every one of his albums have reached this top mark.
