Drake Announces New Music Arriving on March 5

Drake fans have been anxiously waiting for Drake’s upcoming sixth studio album, “Certified Lover Boy.” This comes after it was postponed in January after it was originally supposed to be out that month. Now, new music will be arriving this weekend after rumors from DJ Akademiks surfaced from himself that Drake told him that this would be the case.

Drake has just taken to his Instagram stories to announce that new music is arriving on Friday. The post was labeled as “Scary Hours.” The last time Drake said it was “Scary Hours,” he put out his “Diplomatic Immunity” and “God’s Plan” singles on a EP in 2018.

As of now, there is still no update on a new date for CLB but the announcement of Scary Hours music makes up for that for sure. Any Drake record has the potential to be a No. 1 hit and Scary Hours could reach this mark as well. Drake’s last project was his “Dark Lane Demo Tapes” mixtape last May. That project debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart. That was led by its such as “Toosie Slide,” “Chicago Freestyle” feat. Giveon, and “When To Say When.”
