Drake buys $1 million ring owned by 2Pac at auction

One of the most expensive items ever bid on at Sotheby’s just concluded being auctioned off, and it was none other than Drake who made it happen, according to TMZ. This is in regards to a rare ring that was owned by the legendary 2Pac, as he wore it during the 1996 MTV VMAs.

As a result, this ring is a a $1 million crown ring, as Drake even went on to post it on his Instagram stories, in the early hours of Friday morning. He was shouting out Travis Scott, as he appeared on Travis’ “Meltdown” song, from the new “Utopia” album.

Furthermore, Sotheby’s revealed that the final price that Drake paid for the ring was $1,016,000. As a result, it went on to be finalized in New York City. The auction company added that this is the “most valuable hip-hop artifact ever sold at auction.”

Meanwhile, Drake may be releasing another new album, which he claims is in “a couple of weeks.” This is “For All The Dogs,” which was announced in June.
