By today’s standards, Drake is likely the number one artist in the game. What Drake represents is the transition music is making, as he does rap, R&B, and pop music. His style has positioned himself to find success doing all types of music and the fans love everything he has to offer.
Drake, however, hasn’t had anything to offer in almost a year. While Drake is always out with some form of new music, Nothing Was The Same was his last album and it was released last fall. Fans were beginning to wonder when Drake would return with new music.
A fourth album is definitely in store from Drake, but he has not began recording and does not have a release date. This doesn’t mean Drake has not begun making plans for the new album, though. Billboard tweeted, this morning, that Drake has his next album, Views From The 6, in store.
