Drake speaks on “For All The Dogs” album release date rumors

On Friday, many anticipated that Drake‘s new studio album “For All The Dogs” would be released. This was due to the many rumors claiming that August 25 would be the exact date. However, that didn’t end up being the case.

Meanwhile, Drake has addressed For All The Dogs not being released on the day that many expected it to. During his concert in Seattle on Friday night, he clarified that he never said August 25 would be the date, and that he simply said the album would be coming soon.

“I know everybody’s upset because I didn’t drop my album last night. I didn’t say it was dropping last night. So don’t be mad at me. I just said it was coming soon. It’s not going to be that much longer. Trust me, you now I got shows every night. But I promise you, ‘For All The Dogs’ is on the way. If you never loved anything I’ve ever done in the past, I promise you, this album will be for you. It’ll be worth the wait.”

Drake continues his It’s All A Blur Tour tonight, with a second straight concert in Seattle. This tour also recently added Sexyy Red to all remaining dates.
