Drake Supports Sha’Carri Richardson, After Recent Suspension Prior To Upcoming Olympics, For Failed Drug Test, Due To Grieving Loss Of Her Mother – “They Know She Woulda ATE”

At the end of June, Sha’Carri Richardson qualified for the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo. On Thursday, it was shockingly announced that she was suspended for a fun, due to failing a drug test, after testing positive for marijuana use. This came after the track and field star revealed that she had smoked marijuana, to grieve the loss of her mother, a week ago.
Social media has since been uplifting Richardson heavily, and have been concerned about her mental health, after losing her mother. This includes many celebrities, including Drake.
On Friday, Drake took to his Instagram stories to show Richardson love, by posting a photo of her on the track. His caption was “They know she woulda ATE,” in regards to the Olympics. Fans of Drake have since been showing him love, for using his platform to uplift Richardson during this difficult time.
Richardson’s 30-day suspension ends on July 27, as Richardson will miss the Olympic 100-meter race. She would still be able to make it for the women’s relays, though.
