Drake trends after Rihanna and A$AP Rocky announce pregnancy

Typical of most rappers, Drake has been portrayed as a player, throughout his career. While Drake has been tied to several women, Rihanna seems to be the one who has gotten to him. In 2012, Drake and Chris Brown got into a fight, allegedly over Rihanna.

At the time, Drake was riding the high of his single, “Take Care,” featuring Rihanna. By this time, Drake and Rihanna found good chemistry working together. In 2010, Rihanna recruited Drake for her “What’s My Name” remix. What many didn’t realize was that Rihanna was preparing to take a hiatus from the game.

Rihanna released some form of new album every year from her 2005 debut, until 2012. In 2015, Rihanna put out some feeler singles, but returned in 2016 with ANTI. To date, this is Rihanna’s most-recent album. The album was led by the single “Work,” featuring Drake. Their closeness in the music video had people believing Rihanna and Drake were dating. These have been the rumors for years, but Rihanna began dating A$AP Rocky, a couple of years ago. Rocky is also a Drake collaborator.

This morning, A$AP Rocky and Rihanna announced her pregnancy. Drake immediately began trending on Twitter, as fans roasted Drizzy. They remembered Drake’s crush on Rihanna and they rubbed it in.
