Drake’s “Certified Lover Boy,” is on Its Way Back to Number One Spot, on Billboard 200 Chart

Drake dominated in September, with the release of his sixth studio album, “Certified Lover Boy.” This project was finally put out on September 3, after going through a nine-month delay. CLB contained 21 tracks, and was led by the chart-topping hit single, “Way 2 Sexy,” ft. Young Thug and Future. Additional appearances included 21 Savage, Travis Scott, Lil Baby, Jay Z, and more.
CLB was at the number one spot, on the Billboard 200 chart, for three consecutive weeks. The last two weeks, at the top spot, have been occupied by NBA Youngboy and Taylor Swift. Now, CLB is about to be number one, once again. This would be the fourth week at this position, as CLB is also currently the longest-running number one rap album, in 2021.
According to Chart Data, CLB will return to its original top position, this week, with 97,000 units. Number two will go to Don Toliver’s “The Life Of A Don,” which will debut with 65,000 units, in the first week of its release. NBA Youngboy’s “Sincerely, Kentrell,” is third, with 49,000 units.
CLB also initially debuted nine songs, in the top 10, of the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Way 2 Sexy also debuted at number one, at that time.
