Draymond Green did NOT choke Steve Kerr and the reports came from a parody account

Draymond Green did not really choke Steve Kerr during practice

Draymond Green is notorious for getting into altercations with members of his team. There was a time when his hard-nosed edge gave him props. This is no longer the case. First, there was the Jordan Poole incident. Second, there was Green’s situation with Rudy Gobert. Not long after, the indefinite suspension happened. While Golden State has had their moments, they continue losing. This afternoon, there were rumors of Draymond attacking Steve Kerr. It turns out, those rumors are untrue.

Draymond Green is considered the emotional leader of the Warriors. While Stephen Curry is clearly the team’s leader, and best player, Draymond is the engine. The Warriors are different from almost every other NBA dynasty. Despite leading the Warriors to four titles, Curry only has one Finals MVP under his belt. Much of that is due to the influence of LeBron James and Kevin Durant. Also, Draymond is blamed by fans for KD leaving Golden State.

Draymond Green has been one of the most discussed names on social media. Some of this is due to his interview with Jalen Green. However, a lot of this also has to do with reports of him and Steve Kerr getting into it during practice. According to the report, which is from a parody Adrian Wojnarowksi account, Draymond ended up choking Kerr. However, a closer look at the Woj account states that it’s a fan account. As a result, the rumors are not true.
