Duane “Keefe D” Davis’ bond set at $750,000 in 2Pac murder case

Duane Davis granted $750,000 bond in 2Pac murder case
Back in late September, Duane “Keefe D” Davis was arrested in connection to the long-time unsolved 1996 2Pac murder case. Therefore, Davis went on to be charged with murder with the use of a deadly weapon. It’s believed that he is the one who supplied the firearm that was used in the deadly drive-by shooting of 2Pac, in Las Vegas.
As a result, Keefe D has been incarcerated, since his initial arrest. Moreover, he has since attempted to request bond, as prosecutors have been trying to prevent this. This is due to believing that he’s a danger to society, as well as a flight risk.
Meanwhile, Keefe D went on to be granted $750,000, on Tuesday, according to TMZ. This hearing took place in Las Vegas, as his legal team argued that he isn’t a flight risk, due to authorities taking so long to finally arrest him, after previously discussing the 2Pac murder, many times in the past.
Furthermore, Keefe D is also in a not guilty plea, as he also added that he only spoke about the 2Pac murder case for entertainment purposes. He’d previously done interviews on various platforms, such as VladTV. Now, his trial date is set for June 3.
