Duane “Keefe D” Davis planning to enter not guilty plea in 2Pac murder case

Duane “Keefe D” Davis to enter not guilty plea in 2Pac murder case

In late September, Duane “Keefe D” Davis was arrested in Las Vegas, in connection to the 1996 murder of 2Pac. This came several months after his wife’s Las Vegas-area home was raided. Moreover, Keefe is accused of being the one who supplied the gun that was used in the 2Pac drive-by shooting in Las Vegas, as Keefe was also in the vehicle.

Meanwhile, Keefe’s arraignment has been delayed for a second time. Moreover, according to Jaewon Jung of KTNV, he is also planning to enter a not guilty plea, and also wants to request bail.

Ross Goodman is representing Keefe D, which is one of the biggest attorneys in Las Vegas. Clark County district court judge Tierra Jones is also working this case, as she revealed that Keefe will be back in court in two weeks, on November 2. Furthermore, she emphasized that the arrangement has to finally start then, as she told Goodman and Keefe “I’m going to give you two weeks, but in two weeks, we have to get this case moving.”

Regarding Goodman, he is ready to defend Keefe. He claims that the parts of the case that stand out are “there’s no gun, there’s no car, and there are no witnesses from 27 years ago.” Moreover, he even believes that Keefe isn’t a danger to the community.
