Howard was accused, over the summer, of meeting a man from Instagram to meet up to get together. However, the reports claimed things went left, and the man ended up assaulted. According to court documents, Howard admitted to linking with the man for the purposes of hooking up. But, he denied the man getting assaulted.

Dwight Howard was once the most dominant player in the NBA. The same span of time that saw Shaq’s age catch up to him saw Howard come into his own. During that period, Dwight was playing for Shaq’s old team, the Orlando Magic. Behind Howard, the Magic won their first playoff series since Shaq, and made their first NBA Finals since Shaq. While they failed to win the title, Dwight’s Magic did dethrone the Big 3 Celtics, and prevented LeBron’s 66-16 Cavs from making the NBA Finals.

Dwight Howard has seen his career begin a consistent decline since the 2009 NBA Finals. For the next two seasons, he remained an MVP-caliber player. However, he soon became a journeyman. Along the way, he began getting caught up in all kinds of gay rumors. Over the summer, there were accusations of him meeting a man to hookup, and the man winding up assaulted. Court documents have surfaced, where Howard confirmed getting a man from Instagram for a hookup, but he denied any assault.
