Earl Sweatshirt gets into confrontation with Macklemore over “Can’t Hold Us”

Odd Future has a history of targeting other rappers on Twitter. Many of the names of years past, including Lil Zane, have been targeted by Odd Future on the popular social networking site. One person who missed out on the Odd Future takeover of 2011 was Earl Sweatshirt.

While Tyler, the Creator and company were taking over the game, Earl Sweatshirt was sent off into reform school. Disconnected from the world, Earl Sweatshirt ended up returning to a long list of changes. But, over the past year, Earl Sweatshirt has rebuilt his fan base and is going strong.

Taking a break from his work on Doris, Earl Sweatshirt took to his Twitter last night and he addressed Macklemore. On one side of the spectrum, Macklemore is highly popular and on the other side, he has been dismissed as “corny.” Add Earl Sweatshirt to the “corny” list, as he clowned Macklemore on Twitter.
