Ebro mocks DJ Envy’s walkout during #TheBreakfastClub Desus and Mero interview, and says his Hot 97 walkoff was staged, too, leading to Envy calling out Ebro and Joe Budden on Twitter

The fact that this Hot 97/Power 105 beef still exists is funny, within itself. Seeing how all the media is simply recaps of the same topics, media rivalries make no sense. But, this is a traditional thing, so they keep it going.

Back in 2014, “The Breakfast Club” finally propelled Power 105.1 into the number one spot. With that, Hot 97 reformatted their morning show, bringing in Ebro and Laura Stylez to join Peter Rosenberg. Because of it’s wild nature, “The Breakfast Club” wins out.

This morning saw DJ Envy go off on Desus and Mero, during their interview, and he walked out. The story dominated the headlines, all day, and Ebro says it was a job well done. He said the whole thing was staged, leading to Joe Budden tweeting him, to ask about it, and DJ Envy to call them both out, playing on their personal relationships, to which Ebro just laughed it off.
