Ebro talks “Empire” season finale on Hot 97 [VIDEO]

“Empire” took over the television scene and it was a big move for the hip hop culture. The glitz and the glamour of the hip hop culture was turned into a television show. No surprise here that the show has become the biggest show of this television season.

Starring Terrence Howard and Taraji P. Henson, “Empire” began and ended in a spectacular way. Terrence Howard’s Lucious Lyon was arrested for murdering Bunkie and his real name was revealed. It turned out, Lucious never existed, as his real name is Dwight Walker.

The Hot 97 morning show crew definitely watches “Empire” and they interviewed Jussie Smollett and Bryshere “Yazz” Gray, who portray the sons, Jamal and Hakeem. There was no interview this morning, however. Instead, Ebro and Laura Stylez broke down Lucious walking in on Hakeem and Anika (Grace Gealey) and they debated about revenge sex.
