Two of the biggest names in hip hop media are Elliott Wilson and Sway, but on different mediums. In the case of Elliott Wilson, he came up through magazines and online. Meanwhile, Sway did radio and then television.
Both maintain huge online presences and have built massive fan bases, over the years. Now, Elliott Wilson appears to have a home at MTV, where Sway recently departed. But, this hasn’t stopped the men from maintaining a good relationship.
Elliott Wilson recently was hosted by Sway at Shade 45 for “Sway In The Morning.” During the interview, Wilson spoke on times when artists threatened him and also his situation with Snoop Dogg. The interview shifted to his current endeavors, which include bringing the CRWN series to MTV.
