Eminem to release “The Death Of Slim Shady” album in summer

It’s been over four years now, since the legendary Eminem released a studio album. At the time, that was “Music To Be Murdered By,” in January 2020. As a result, that went on to be the Detroit legend’s ninth consecutive number one album of his career, dating back to 2000.

Meanwhile, Eminem also went on to finally announce his next album, on Thursday evening. This project will be titled “The Death Of Slim Shady.” This announcement was done in an album teaser, which was released on his YouTube feed. Furthermore, a man in the clip discusses Eminem’s “Slim Shady” character, as well as a footage from legendary music videos such as “Without Me” and “The Real Slim Shady.” Eminem’s longtime friend, 50 Cent, even made an appearance.

Moreover, “The Death Of Slim Shady” will be released sometime this summer. An exact release date is anticipated by fans to be unveiled, sometime in May. The Death Of Slim Shady is also expected by many, to be Eminem’s 10th consecutive number one studio album.

In addition to the album announcement, Eminem made an appearance at the NFL Draft, on Thursday. He starred in a commercial with NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, and also joined him on stage, to kick off the draft in his hometown.
