The first season of “Empire” comes to an end tonight and the show had a historic debut season. Each episode saw “Empire” make record gains following a record premiere. This, essentially, made each character on the show a star.
Compelling storylines include the war of the brothers, Hakeem and Jamal, portrayed by Bryshere “Yazz” Gray and Jussie Smollett. They play the younger sons of Lucious and Cookie. Of course, Terrence Howard and Taraji P. Henson portray the divorced power couple.
Bryshere “Yazz” Gray and Jussie Smollett have made their media rounds and Shade 45 was the next stop, to talk to Sway for “Sway In The Morning.” In the interview, Yazz and Jussie spoke on the storyline of the show. They also talked about them using their own music on the show.
