#EmpireWednesday is off to a hot start with fans clowning Lucious’ hair and Diana dissing him accusing her of “reading” him, saying she reads “books, not graffiti” #Empire

The “Empire” fall finale is off to a quick start and a new alliance is being formed. Growing tired of Cookie’s (Taraji P. Henson) antics, Diana (Phylicia Rashad) wants her out of Angelo’s (Taye Diggs) life. This means bringing Lucious (Terrence Howard) into the picture.

Diana has put everything into Angelo, her “cupcake,” as Lucious called him. Within the storyline, Angelo is running for mayor of New York, which Lucious supports. What he isn’t here for, though, is Angelo falling in love with Cookie and her doing the same.

The meeting of choice for Diana and Lucious was on a Ferris wheel, where they formed the gameplan. Immediately, Diana started talking about Lucious’ personality, prompting him to tell her to never read him. When she said she reads books and not graffiti, fans immediately went in, also clowning Lucious’ hair.
