Eric Sermon talks Atlanta hip hop, rim shop, his own music, and much more with Ed Lover [VIDEO]

It doesn’t get more hip hop than Erick Sermon, in fact it doesn’t get more music than him. When it comes down to it, Erick Sermon knows music and he sampled Marvin Gaye for a song entitled “Music.” That’s his claim to mainstream fame, but hip hop knows him more for EPMD.

Erick Sermon talked to Hip Hop Vibe during the 2014 Global Spin Awards and he had a lot going on. There is Erick Sermon’s new album, ESP, and then his rug company. Currently, Erick Sermon has Def Rugs and he has done some for many of hip hop’s finest.
