Erica Banks to join new season of “Love and Hip-Hop: Atlanta”

The upcoming season of “Love and Hip-Hop: Atlanta” is coming soon, as its premiere date is set for June 13. The series will be in its 11th season, after initially airing back in 2012.

Meanwhile, new cast members for this season of LHH ATL are coming, which includes Erica Banks. Banks is known for her 2020 breakout single, “Buss It,” which went on to achieve gold certification status in the US. It also peaked at number 49 in the US, on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. This record was initially released in the summer of 2020, but went viral that winter, as it saw massive success on platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. Buss It’s remix went on to feature Travis Scott, in 2021.

“It is true,” said Banks in a new interview with Sheen Magazine. “I’m excited. It’s not my first time on TV, but it’s my first time being a part of the cast.

The announcement of Banks appearing on LHH ATL also comes after she released a new single, last month. That was “Ain’t Got Time,” as she tapped into both hip-hop and pop flows on it. This is Banks’ first single of 2023, as she put out her “Diary Of The Flow Queen” mixtape, last summer.
