“Love and HIp-Hop” stars, Erica Mena and Safaree, have had a very up and down marriage. Safaree initially proposed to Mena on Christmas Day in 2018 and ended up having their first child together. Safaree teased a divorce being on the way last year and getting back to single life, but that quickly changed. This year, Mena even announced that the two would be having another child earlier this month.
Now, things are heading back to that rocky point as it seems that Safaree and Mena’s marriage is over for good this time. According to TMZ, Mena filed for divorce last Friday. This was done at Fayette County Superior Court in Georgia.
Court documents state that Mena wants primary physical custody of their 1-year-old daughter. At the same time though, she is open to the idea of sharing joint legal custody. Child support is also on Mena’s list as well as “exclusively” having their home. As of now, Safaree has yet to publicly address the divorce. Mena has yet to do the same on her social media feeds.
