When Erica Mena showed up, in the “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” previews, many fans believed she was Joseline’s replacement. During the reunion, last season, Joseline quit the show. However, some still expected her to return, as Tommie also “quit,” but is on, this season.
Erica Mena is new to Atlanta, but she is the face of the “Love & Hip Hop” franchise. She laid the template for the antics of all of these drama girls on VH1, Joseline and Tommie, included. But, when this show comes on, Joseline is who they expect to see.
In 2015, Erica Mena left “Love & Hip Hop” to start a new life with her then-fiancee, Bow Wow. At the time, Erica Mena also said she was done with reality TV, with some claiming she said she was “too good” for reality shows. Now that she’s back, fans are dragging her for that comment, and her presence on this show.
