“Euphoria” star Angus Cloud passes away at 25
One of television’s most beloved actors, Angus Cloud, has shockingly passed away. TMZ reported on Monday afternoon, that the “Euphoria” actor was found dead at his family’s home in Oakland, CA.
Cloud’s family has since released a statement to TMZ, regarding his passing. This comes after Cloud’s father recently passed away, and dealing with the tragic situation of that loss.
“It is with the heaviest heart that we had to say goodbye to an incredible human today. As an artist, a friend, a brother and a son, Angus was special to all of us in so many ways. Last week he buried his father and intensely struggled with this loss. The only comfort we have is knowing Angus is now reunited with his dad, who was his best friend. Angus was open about his battle with mental health and we hope that his passing can be a reminder to others that they are not alone and should not fight this on their own in silence.”
Cloud soared to stardom in 2019, as he played the role of Fezco. Season two went on to air in early 2022, as it continued to be one of the most dominant shows in television. Euphoria’s cast has since won four Emmys for the show, since 2020.
