Despite being youthful, Fabolous is going on fifteen years in the game and nineteen since he started. Signed by DJ Clue, who was making a name for himself outside of Jay Z, Fabolous made his own mark. But, a lot of people considered him a Jay Z imitator, initially.
Fabolous also overcame people accusing him of stealing Mase’s style, before fully establishing himself. Going into 2016, most regard Fabolous as a beast in his own right. The most recent Fabolous release comes in the form of his Summertime Shootout project.
Ebro recently sat down with Fabolous and Hot 97 and they had a discussion about things. During the interview, Fabolous talked about still being doubted and his Summertime Shootout project. Fabolous went onto discuss his new album and much more.
