Family’s home is overtaken by squatters who refuse to leave
Imagine leaving home to find someone else living there. For one family, this is their reality. Laws make situations like these relatively complicated. While homeowners have rights, so do those who squat in those homes. Honestly, situations like those are gray areas. This one, in particular, though, doesn’t seem to be.
Sadly, people invent different ways to terrorize other people. Much of it stems from what one person assumes that another person has. People who perceive themselves to have less than the next man build resentment. As a result, things can sometimes go awry. However, this situation is extreme, regardless of how anyone looks at it.
After leaving home, a man returned to find people living in his house. As he went to his own door, the man was shocked to find people inside. Obviously, by them squatting, they refused to let the man enter his home. The UK man, and his family, understandably grew upset, as they realized what was going on. Upon trying to enter the home, the people inside continued to shout “squatters’ right.” The man on the inside said the people gave their home up, when they left their windows open. In addition, he told them this is no longer their house.
