Boosie has been trending since the summer, for calling out Lil Nas X for being open about himself, as a gay man, including in music videos. Many have viewed Boosie as very homophobic, as he speaks too much about topics surrounding gay men. Now, the latest individual he wants to speak on, is Los Angeles Lakers star, Russell Westbrook.
A few months ago, Westbrook was seen wearing a skirt, under his long sleeve shirt. Many questioned the outfit choice, and also brought controversy, with many homophobic comments, made by others. Boosie is now part of that group, as well.
In a new interview with VladTV, Boosie spoke on this outfit by Westbrook, and wasn’t feeling it at all. Boosie said “You might like his game, but this sh*t ain’t cool.” He also brought up how Westbrook is so aggressive on the basketball court, so it’s confusing why he would wear a dress like this.
Boosie also continued to make his unusual point of needing to “protect the kids” from gay men. He also continued to say that there’s nothing cool at all about the dress that Westbrook decided to wear. Many have since viewed these comments as Boosie being too worried about what gay men are doing.
This also comes after Boosie was recently arrested and released, by police. This was due to he and his crew’s brawl, on stage, during his performance, at the Legendz of the Streetz Tour. That resulted in the show ending early, with. fans not being able to see Rick Ross perform. Boosie has since been banned from the tour.
