Fat Joe releases “The Darkside 3” official cover [PHOTO]

There was a time when Fat Joe was dropping an album every year. Often, Fat Joe was taunted for his low album sales despite his hit singles. Fat Joe argued he was keeping most of the money from his albums and he was keeping his expenses low, which kept his net worth high.

Yet and still, Fat Joe owed over $800,000 in back taxes and it led to his upcoming prison sentence. All financial issues aside, Fat Joe stopped scoring the guaranteed hits with his 2009 and 2010 albums. In response to this, Fat Joe decided to just drop singles to see which ones stick and deliver mixtapes.

This is what birthed his series, The Darkside, which has done pretty well. Even though he is preparing to do a prison sentence, Fat Joe is dropping The Darkside 3, which has a lot of momentum. He has already leaked the “Your Honor” single with Action Bronson and now he is dropping the mixtape cover.
