Fat Joe sentenced to four months in prison for tax evasion

Summer is in full swing and this is the season where Fat Joe used to dominate, with countless hit singles. Over the past couple of seasons, Fat Joe has remained out of the spotlight, but is preparing a comeback. “Another Round” with Chris Brown is the last single from Fat Joe, which became a big hit in 2012, although released in 2011.

Fat Joe found success through working with many of the biggest current names in the game. The latest artist Fat Joe has begun working with is Future and they are preparing their joint single, “Love Me Long Time.” But, Fat Joe will be unable to promote this single the way he promoted his previous ones.

A few years ago, it was revealed Fat Joe owed $800,000 in back taxes. Rumors suggested Fat Joe will be facing prison time. Now, Fat Joe is facing the news and he will be headed to prison for four months due to him not paying his back taxes, joining many hip hop names before him.
