Rappers left and right have been sent to prison for various offenses. One of the rappers caught up in this was Fat Joe, who owned close to $1 million in back taxes. At the end of this summer, Fat Joe had to serve a prison stint that was set to last for four months. In the meantime, Fat Joe dropped a new mixtape.
Even though Fat Joe was behind bars, he kept himself current with the release of videos off the mixtape. Fans on Twitter have told Fat Joe The Darkside 3 should’ve been an album and was better than most albums. The project was a nice sampler, boasting eleven new tracks from the Terror Squad boss.
Today is Thanksgiving and fans assumed Fat Joe would be spending the holiday behind bars. Apparently, Fat Joe’s daughter thought the same thing, so it made for a wonderful surprise. When his daughter woke up, she was not expecting to see her daddy greet her in the kitchen, making for a heart-warming moment.
