Close to a decade ago, Rah Digga appeared to be the heiress to the throne as the next leading female rapper in the game. Even though her run does not receive as much credit as Lil’ Kim, Nicki Minaj, and others, Rah Digga was the only female in the game making moves for a while. Rah Digga emerged to stardom alongside Busta Rhymes
Immediately, Rah Digga became the hardcore femcee among a long line of femcees going for the sexy angle. But, in 2006, distance was placed between her and Busta Rhymes, when he joined Aftermath Entertainment. In recent years, Rah Digga has been an afterthought in the game.
Most people have a lot of positive things to say about Rah Digga, seeing how close she was to becoming a real threat. Her run ended long before Fat Trel got famous, but she came up during his interview with Forbez DVD. Fat Trel isn’t impressed or turned on by Rah Digga, he said she looks like a man and sounds like a man.
