Fetty Wap schedules release date for debut album, due in September

Last year, Fetty Wap was another rapper with a dream. But, what separated Fetty Wap from the others was his determination and how he connected with the fans. Once his single, “Trap Queen,” blew up, it was a wrap.

Signed to Lyor Cohen’s 300 Entertainment, Fetty Wap is dealing directly with the man who helped Jay Z, DMX, and Ja Rule enter the game. In the time since then, Fetty Wap has gotten a co-sign from Jay Z. Early this year, Kanye West brought Fetty Wap out at the Roc City Classic.

This year, Fetty Wap has a lot going on, now even more than previously thought. After dropping Zoo Style earlier this year, Fetty Wap was rumored to have a new EP in the works. Now, however, Fetty Wap is confirmed to have his debut album, which is yet to be titled, coming on September 25.
