A few weeks ago, Brooklyn rapper Fivio Foreign released his highly anticipated debut studio album, “B.I.B.L.E.” This project was led by singles such as “City Of Gods,” featuring Kanye West and Alicia Keys, and “Magic City,” featuring Quavo. Fivio also collaborated with A$AP Rocky, Chlöe Bailey, Ne-Yo, Polo G, and more. B.I.B.L.E. went on to debut at number nine, on the Billboard 200 chart.
Fivio continues to be a major star in New York City as well. Recently, he reportedly taught a class Fashion Institute of Technology. He also had the class dancing with him to his “What’s My Name” song, from the album. That song also featured Coi Leray and Queen Naija.
What’s My Name is sampled from Destiny Child’s classic 1999 hit single, “Say My Name.” In a recent interview with Hot 97, Fivio also revealed that Beyoncé told him that he had to clean up the explicit lyrics from this song, before putting it out. That was done, and is now one of the biggest songs from Fivio’s debut album.
