Flavor Flav Was Reportedly Arrested Earlier This Month, in Henderson, Nevada, For Misdemeanor Domestic Battery; Allegedly Threw Woman to The Ground and Grabbed Her Phone

Flavor Flav is one of the most iconic figures in hip-hop history, as he became a star in the 1980s and 1990s, during his days, with Public Enemy. He also dominated in the 2000s, with his dating reality show, “Flavor Of Love.” Flav has been living in Las Vegas, as his son plays college football at UNLV.

Now, it’s being reported that Flav got into some legal woes, in the Henderson, NV area. According to TMZ, Henderson PD arrested and booked Flav on a misdemeanor domestic battery charge, on October 5. A “domestic disturbance” was notified to police, and Flav was taken to the Henderson Detention Center.

Flav is said to have poked his finger on a woman’s nose, grabbed her, and went on to throw her to the ground. He also took her cell phone. Flav’s attorney, David Chesnoff, ended up telling TMZ that this will be fought in court.

“in alleged domestic violence cases, there are often 2 sides to the story and we will explain our side in the courtroom and not in the media.”
