Florida man gets chased by alligator while fishing

Encountering an alligator is a way a life in the state of Florida. When a man went fishing in a pond, he wound up pulling one out of the water. However, alligators are so commonplace in Florida that it doesn’t even bother most residents. The gators tend to mind their own business and the people are skilled in how to capture them. This man had the misfortune of reeling a gator, who ran out of the pond, and began chasing him.

Naturally, alligators are afraid of humans. As a result, a gator is more likely to try to get away from people, as opposed to bothering them. Also, while many find this unbelievable, most alligators have a natural fear of humans. However, the same cannot be said for crocodiles. Nor can the same be said for gators who become familiar with people. Once gators spend time close to humans, they can begin to view people as a food source.

Recently, a man spotted an alligator in a pond. With people around, someone had to step up and do something. While gators don’t view adult humans as a food source, the same cannot be said for small children. As a result, a gator in a residential pond can be dangerous. So, this man began fishing to reel the gator out of the pond. However, he didn’t bargain for the alligator to come out of the water and to start chasing him.
