Earlier this year, Beanie Sigel finally patched things up with Jay-Z and the two have begun supporting each other, again. Last week, Beanie Sigel began his prison stint and will not be released until at least 2014. Similar to Ja Rule, Beanie Sigel released his comeback album, This Time, while behind bars.
Initially, Beanie Sigel was to go to prison on September 12. Knowing this, Beanie Sigel still scheduled his album. Beanie Sigel felt he was at a good place in his life and his career and refused to be limited by going to prison. One major burden lifted from Beanie Sigel was when he let go of his ill will toward Jay-Z and Memphis Bleek.
However, one of 2009’s most entertaining story was Beanie Sigel’s tirade against Jay-Z. Initially speaking out in support of The Blueprint 3, Beanie Sigel took offense after hearing “Already Home,” which featured Kid Cudi. Earlier today, exclusive footage from D.I.Y. Films was leaked, initially for ThisIs50.com, and it showed Beanie Sigel freestyling a response to “Already Home.”
