See, this is something that is happening way too often. People who have been put in position of power are using that power to abuse the people they were hired to protect. This is something going on from the top of the US government, down to the local police forces.
Too often, people are protesting and saying something has to be done about it. Then, an honest to goodness debate over standing for the National Anthem at a football game becomes a debate. At the very least, that’s peaceful protesting.
Robert Johnson is a 33-year-old man from Mesa, Arizona. He ended up being arrested by the local police department. Even though it looked like he was cooperating, the cops still decided to beat the crap out of him.
