In his playing career, Phillip Adams played for the San Francisco 49ers and New England Patriots, among other teams. Since his career ended, Adams was living near Charlotte, North Carolina. He was residing in Rock Hill, South Carolina, when his life came to an abrupt end.
There were reports of a shooting, in York County, South Carolina, which left people dead. A prominent emergency room doctor, Robert Lesslie, along with his wife and grandchildren were left dead. Further reports said Phillip Adams was also dead.
Phillip Adams, the former NFL player, who played for the San Francisco 49ers and New England Patriots is dead. He allegedly was the gunman in the York County, South Carolina shooting, which left Dr. Robert Lesslie, his wife Barbara, and their two grandchildren dead. Reports say Adams would shoot himself, committing suicide, after allegedly killing the Lesslie family.
