Over the past year, Frank Ocean has maintained a relatively low profile. It’s rather ironic, seeing how Frank Ocean was all over the internet for various reasons during the 2011-2012 period. Recently, Frank Ocean has seen a resurgence in his name due to a legal issue.

Nothing that could land him behind bars, but Frank Ocean recently was sued by Chipotle over failing to do a jingle for them. After being paid half of the money upfront, Frank Ocean unexpectedly backed out of the project. Later, he came out and turned them down.

It’s been proven that Frank Ocean received the money from Chipotle and now he has to pay it back. The situation was brought out to the public and Frank Ocean is being portrayed as the villain in the situation. Frank Ocean is paying the money back as asked, but he found a way to get his digs back in at Chipotle with a hilarious memo for them.
